Today’s the day to learn all about the new Advisory. Take advantage of this opportunity to make your own choices.

This week is spirit week!! Make sure to dress up and show your school spirit. Thursday is flannel day, and Friday is Blue Out!!

Thanksgiving day football tickets will be on sale Monday and Tuesday next week in the AD office between 9:00 and 3:00. Pregame prices are $8 for adults and $5 for students. All tickets bought at the gate are $10 for adults and $5 for students and senior citizens.

There will be a very important meeting for all girls interested in playing basketball this Thursday at 3:00 in room C224. The meeting is for grades 9 through 12.

Any student interested in trying out for winter season cheerleading should pick up an information packet in room 218. Prior cheer experience IS required. Any questions? See Ms. Allenback in the social studies office, room 220.

All those interested in joining the winter Boy’s Swim and Dive team, there is a mandatory meeting after school today in room 218. If you cannot attend please see Coach Tuttle.

Take a break from the grind. Check out the new and improved advisory groups. You get to choose your group and vote on a name to replace “Advisory”! You will be asked to prioritize your TOP 5. You can access the group offerings on the school website. This information will be reviewed in homeroom on Wednesday 11/14 and you will sign up on 11/15. *If you don’t sign up by 11/16, the choice will be made for you.

There are amazing offerings including – Rugby, Yoga, Cars, Crafts and much much more…………….

Family, Career, and Community Leaders of America (FCCLA) is a national nonprofit student organization that helps youth develop leadership and workplace skills to prepare for both college and careers through peer-to-peer education, community engagement, and the application of skills learned in the Family and Consumer Sciences classroom. We will meet after school in room C205 the first Thursday of each month, beginning December 6th.

Anyone interested in gymnastics, there will be a short meeting today, Nov 14th from 2:30 - 3:00 in room C11.

The Key Club is hosting a coat drive now through Nov. 15th. Please donate new or gently used coats to room E360. Thank you for your support.
