Thalberg Elementary

Reuben E. Thalberg Elementary School is a state of the art school capable of servicing 500 students in grade kindergarten through five, situated on a ten acre site. It has a computer room, a spectacular media center, a breath-taking art room and technology friendly classrooms. Some unique features include:

  • A full sized gymnasium
  • A handicapped accessible stage
  • A Soccer and a Baseball field
  • A beautifully landscaped courtyard.

Our school motto is “Where Children Soar and Dreams take Flight!” Our staff works to meet the children's wide range of abilities by implementing effective programs through differentiation, thus meeting the needs of all students. Our school offers proactive programs to assist students and staff, such as the Scientific Based Research Intervention (SRBI), an Inclusion philosophy, and Instrumental Music, including string instruction, immersive educational technology and a host of student based club activities. Our Language Arts and and Mathematics Curriculum is assessment driven and is based on state standards. Science, Social Studies, Health, Media Skills, Music, Art and Physical Education complete our instructional program.

Special Needs Registry
