Health Examination Requirement
The State of Connecticut requires each pupil to have a complete health examination within one year before entering Grade 10 or when entering from out-of-state or out-of-country.   This physical must be done after September 1, 2015 for entry into the 2016-2017 school year.   Click here to access the health examination form.

Southington High's School Profile
Each year, the Southington High School School Counseling office creates a school profile that explains class selection policies, grading system, school demographics, grading distribution, standardized test score averages, and percentage of students attending 2 and 4 year colleges.   The school profile translates the SHS transcript into terms college admissions offices can use and helps admission officers evaluate a student’s performance relative to other students in our school.  In addition, it highlights  SHS what students have accomplished in the community.   Please click here to read the current report.
