IMPORTANT 1095-C REPORTING EFFECTIVE JANUARY 2026

Tax Form 1095-C (Employer Provided Health Insurance Offer and Coverage) will be available on the Employee Portal under the “Payroll Tab” for Tax year 2025 and beyond. Form 1095-C will no longer be mailed.

If you cannot access the Employee Portal, please contact the payroll office for a printed copy.
