    • The attached document lists both eligible and ineligible medical services or treatments that are commonly questioned by employees as to their status as a Qualified Medical Expense. IRS code 213d (Publication 502) determines eligible qualified medical expense that you can use your HSA funds tax free. Remember only those expense covered by the Health Plan will accumulate towards your deductible. These expenses are determined by the IRS.
