Emergency Contacts

It is essential to quickly locate parents/guardians when students are ill, injured, or an emergency arises. Parents and guardians must update information in PowerSchool Registration at the beginning of the school year and include cell phone numbers if available.

Call your school to update any address or phone numbers as they change during the school year. Remember to update any changes for your emergency names and telephone numbers as well.

  • Notify the school if your child will be absent and indicate the reason for absence.
  • All medications must have authorization forms completed by a authorized prescriber and parent in order to be administered in school. The forms are located in the school health office or physician's office and must be renewed annually or when any medication changes occur.
  • The State of Connecticut HUSKY Health offers no cost/low cost health insurance coverage to eligible children, parents, relative caregivers, elders, individuals with disabilities, adults without minor children, and pregnant women. Call 1-800-CT-HUSKY for information and to apply.
