The last four years in Southington have been an exciting time of curriculum renewal and instructional revision. The outstanding work done by the faculty, administration and school communities has made the Southington Schools a model school system in its approach to teaching and learning. This work will continue in the coming year as the schools work together toward the goals of Rigor, Relevance and Relationships to meet the educational needs of every student in a learning community that offers opportunity for educational and social engagement of every child.
Student success and achievement is the goal of all of the parts of the Southington Public School System. This site is intended to assist the community in understanding the ongoing work toward that goal. There are also ongoing opportunities through our curriculum center, schools and PTO’s to inform and promote dialogue with the community at large. We look forward to working together for the achievement of all the students of the Southington School Community.
