Presidents, Denise Gaudio
Preside at all meetings of the organization and are also ex-officio members of all committees, except the nominating committee.
1st Vice Presidents, Barbara Cofrancesco Tracy Hubert
Serve as aides to the co-presidents, and preside in the absence of the co-presidents, and are responsible for all fund raising activities.
2nd Vice President, Diana Drechsler Paula Gorham
Serves as aide to the co-presidents and the co- 1st vice presidents, presides in their absence. Serve as membership chairpersons and cultural arts coordinators.
Recording Secretary, Christine Romano
Records the minutes of all meetings of the organization and the Executive Board.
Communications Secretary, Dawn Miceli
Handles all correspondence, assists the Recording Secretary, and is responsible for notifying newspapers of any upcoming school event. Submits information for the R. E. Thalberg newsletter. Updates the annual PTO handbook.
Treasurer, Rachel Tedeschi
Receives all monies of the PTO and keeps accurate records of all receipts and expenditures. This officer makes disbursements of funds as authorized by the organization. Presents a statement of account at every meeting of the organization and at other times when requested by the Executive Board. A final report is made at the annual meeting.
