About Board of Education Meeting Minutes and Special Meetings:

The Board of Education Meeting Minutes is a legal document that reflects the actions taken at a Board of Education meeting. This document is available to the public in both paper and electronic versions.
Minutes are not official until after the Board of Education approves them at a subsequent meeting.

Availability:

Meeting minutes are posted as a draft seven (7) days after the meeting until approved by the Board of Education.

Approved/corrected minutes are posted the day after Board approval, unless corrections are needed, in which case the posting will be delayed.

Board of Education meetings are broadcast on SHS TV (Cox Cable Channel 16) and the town channel 14
